Samsung phones are sending photos to their owner's contacts without their permission, according to reports. The problem turned up on Reddit, spotted by Gizmodo, and then found its way to Samsung's official forums. The scariest part is that the default message app isn't showing that anything has been texted at all. This means that some people who have been impacted by this bug won't really know what has happened until they're informed by the recipient. The Messages app did not interface with the Gallery app and its shared tab function - the user didn't even access the feature until he went to the Reddit community to troubleshoot the problem.
Speaking to Gizmodo, Samsung said it was aware of the issue and its technical teams were looking into it. "However, there was record of it on tmobile logs".
Samsung says it is investigating the issue, which may be caused by an update to the texting app Samsung Messages.
The affected devices appear to be exclusive to the most recent Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus, and it's unclear whether other models are affected.
Another S9+ punter chipped in: "Oddly enough, my wife's phone did that last night, and mine did it the night before". After doing that, you'll need to use a different messaging app to text photos.
Kawhi Leonard determined to join LeBron with Lakers
While there had been dialogue between Paul and Altman since the season ended, James had not given the team any sense of his plans. James has agreed to a 4-year, $154 million deal with the Lakers, keeping him in Lakers colors until his 20th season.
The Spurs Should Not Trade Kawhi to the Lakers
Having history to preclude trade discussions could force things to stall or have the Spurs send Kawhi Leonard to another team. Leonard pitched James on his incredible defensive ability and how it would alleviate the pressure on James, the source said.
Sanjay Dutt Broke Down After Watching 'Sanju': Rajkumar Hirani
When asked what made her sign the film, she said, "Who wouldn't want to make her Bollywood debut with Rajkumar Hirani ". Sanjay Dutt ( Ranbir ) says that he had sexual encounters with as many as 308 women, excluding prostitutes.
This can be done by going to Settings - Apps - Samsung Messages - Permissions - Storage.
Samsung is aware of the issue and is now investigating it (and T-Mobile says the issue is on Samsung's end). At least one person claiming to be an AT&T customer also said they were affected.
The only way to now stop this from happening is to turn off auto updates, and then disable the storage permissions for the Samsung Messages app.
Samsung is encouraging those experiencing this issue to call the company directly at 1-800-SAMSUNG.
