In the letter, written by hand, which was published with edition of In Touch, the half brother of Meghan Markle, Thomas Markle, Jr., says Prince Harry that "not too late" to refuse marriage to his sister. Ragland will accompany Markle in the vehicle on their way to the venue. None of Markle's half-siblings have been invited to attend her special day.
