The snow is forecast for many parts of the United Kingdom between 6am and 6pm on Sunday though forecasters say it will mainly affect higher ground if it does hit North East Wales.
"However, it will be colder elsewhere... with cloudy and misty conditions in most areas this morning with outbreaks of rain and drizzle", said Met Eireann.
On its website, it warns snow will fall in southeast Wales, southeast and central southern England up until around the early afternoon.
