Peters was penalized for throwing a penalty flag into the stands after the Jets' two-point try with 2:15 left in the game. His performance this week definitely does much to quell the cries for rookie quarterback Patrick Mahomes, however, Smith must continue to build off of his performance this week in order to regain faith from the Chiefs' entire offense.
