The Debrief: All you need to know on the lawsuit between Taylor Swift and former radio DJ, David Mueller.
David Mueller claimed he was sacked from his job at radio station KYGO after being falsely accused by the 27-year-old pop star of groping her butt while posing for a photo.
Mueller was sacked from his job at a country music station after Taylor's team told his boss that Mueller grabbed her buttock during a meet-and-greet before a 2013 Swift concert in Denver.
After confusion on Mueller's behalf, Baldridge moves on.
Swift's attorney Douglas Baldridge said that the Swift was "taking a stand for all women" and that "this is a case of sexual assault in the workplace".
Baldridge is contending the photo doesn't make clear the position of Mueller's hand, but says it's clear his hand is behind Swift's bottom.

She says she was sexually assaulted but was trying to keep the matter discreet and quiet. Fans lined up outside the courtroom holding tokens, hoping to catch a glimpse of the star during the nine-day trial.
The alleged incident occurred during a concert meet-and-greet, during which the host, David Mueller, reportedly lifted Swift's skirt and groped her.

Proceedings have ended for the day at a civil trial involving a groping claim by Taylor Swift against a former Denver disc jockey.
Swift's security team then approached Mueller, accused him of inappropriately touching the singer, and asked him to leave the arena.
Former KYGO morning show host David Mueller, known professionally as "Jackson", said his right hand, in a closed fist with the palm down, came into contact with part of Swift's body. They also attempted to portray Mueller as an angry man who wasn't getting enough attention from the superstar singer. "Swift will be donated to charitable organizations dedicated to protecting women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard".
Jury selection is to start Monday.
