Microsoft has made a decision to do a total make-over of its operating system for computers, and has been working on it since the past 2 years. The company says the trusty old MS Paint is here to live and that its intentions were misunderstood.
While you younger folks may not have had this experience, some of us do remember using MS Paint quite a bit - especially when there was no internet and we spent hours just doodling and trying to create works of art. Microsoft's MS Paint was truly very bad, and yet people enjoyed using it to pass the time.
So while home users will be free to download Microsoft Paint from the Windows Store and put it back where it belongs, office workers around the world will be deprived of their impromptu creative sessions once Paint is severed from Windows as standard.

Last week, the tech firm placed Paint on a list of "deprecated" applications, meaning it was no longer "in active development and might be removed" from future versions of its flagship Windows 10 operating system. Microsoft has been handing out the LinkedIn app in a number of stages using the Windows Store. The app will further be available for free with the Windows 10 Creator Update. But many will rejoice having free access to MS Paint, which has been a part of almost everyone's tech-journey. "It's been awesome to see so much love for our trusty old app". The new program will be available with a Microsoft Surface Pen, enabling a detailed and more natural drawing for its users.
During the Creators Update launch event, the company said that users could export 3D models from Minecraft. Microsoft said that Paint's functionality will be integrated into Paint 3D as well.
