The man and woman suing Green are confirmed to be former Spartan Jermaine Edmondson and his girlfriend, Bianca Williams.
In a statement, Green referenced "misinformation" from Tuesday's press conference.
According to the report by TMZ, Edmondson alleges Draymond's friends attacked him and his girlfriend on July 10th of a year ago.
In the early morning of July 10, 2016, Green was arrested outside of Conrad's Grill in East Lansing after police saw him slap Edmondson.
His plea deal ensures that his sentence was reduced to misdemeanour assault to just a noise violation and civil infraction charge, which only requires a $500 alongside $60 in jail restitution.
"I think about what happened with Draymond every day", Edmondson said.

Story of Mandela's last years belongs to all of us
The publisher said that, out of respect, for the Mandela family, no further copies of the biography would be issued, EWN reports. Ramlakan revealed that it was Winnie Madikizela-Mandela and not Machel who spent several hours with Mandela before his death.
The lawsuit is tied to a series of incidents in 2016 during which Green allegedly attacked a former Michigan State football player after a run-in with the man and his girlfriend.
"I still feel his hand on my jaw", Edmondon said.
The couple claimed Green told Edmondson, "I know niggas like you".
Green also issued a statement to ESPN.
"I spent the whole night crying", Williams said Tuesday.
In the days after the incident, the school announced Edmondson's transfer.
The accusers are demanding an apology from Green, as well as accountability.
