President Trump Very Kindly Defends 'Crazy Bernie Sanders'

During CNN's AC360, with Anderson Cooper, Senator Bernie Sanders took a few moments in order to talk about the Democratic brand, which, he claims, is now worse than President Trump's in some parts of the United States.

CBS News reported on Saturday that both Sanders and his wife are the subject of an FBI investigation in relation to bank fraud that Jane Sanders allegedly committed as the president of Burlington College.

Last month, Kemberlee blogged about Bernie Sanders' wife, Jane, being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for alleged fraud related to a $10 million loan obtained for the now-defunct Burlington College.

Last week, longtime Sanders reporter Harry Jaffe reported that Bernie and Jane Sanders had retained attorneys Rich Cassidy and Larry Robbins to represent them in a long-running investigation into the collapse of Burlington College, which Jane Sanders led from 2004 to 2011.

Politico first reported Thursday that Sanders has retained a lawyer amidst the news that the FBI was investigating the bank fraud case. Sanders's office inappropriately lobbied and urged the bank to approve the loan.

Burlington College is a small school with low enrollment, and as president, Sanders pushed to make an expensive purchase of land that would allow it to significantly expand - at a cost of $10 million.

RBI allows district co-operative banks to deposit old notes in 30 days
The deposit-credit ratio at 80% is much higher than the state's largest nationalised bank, State Bank of Travancore. Initial estimates say that around Rs 5,771 crore are lying with 32 coop banks in Maharashtra.

The loan agreement required the college to provide evidence of more than $2 million in pledged donations as collateral.

Brady Toensing of Burlington, the man responsible for the claims filed to the USA attorney for Vermont, was a chairman for the Trump campaign in his state.

U.S. President Donald Trump acknowledges a guest prior to signing the "VA Accountability Act" in the East Room of the White House in Washington, June 23, 2017.

"My only hope is for a fair, impartial, and thorough investigation", Mr. Toensing added.

"Any regrets at using the rhetoric you used, considering what Senator Hatch said?".

"I don't care what your political view is", Sanders said. "But now that there is a process going on, which was initiated by Trump's campaign manager, somebody who does this all of the time, has gone after a number of Democrats and progressives in this state".
