The Chicago Bulls are still unwilling to pull the trigger on the long-overdue Jimmy Butler trade to Boston Celtics, per a latest report.
Adam Zagoria is saying that league sources tell him the Celtics could be loading up on draft picks to make a trade with the Chicago Bulls for Jimmy Butler. Cleveland has been working through Monday in an effort to secure Butler's services, as multiple teams around the league have made him a person of interest, especially heading into the National Basketball Association draft on Thursday night. Kevin Love would likely be the player sent away from the Cavs to a third team in the deal. With that in mind, they could offer the Bulls the sort of "rebuilding package" they might want for a player of Butler's caliber.
While he may have an uneasy relationship with management and would prefer to be moved, the Bulls won't make a trade unless they get a big haul for him. That could mean that D-Wade also chooses a team to play for, which leaves the possibility open that he'll join his pal LeBron just like in their Miami days, in search of another National Basketball Association title.
