British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson said on Tuesday he saw no reason to cancel Donald Trump's state visit to Britain after the US president criticised Mayor Sadiq Khan's response to the London Bridge killings.

Mr Khan, a Muslim, has previously criticised the president's plans to temporarily restrict travel to the USA from six mainly Muslim countries.
To huge applause, Khan told those gathered for the service in Potters Fields Park, near London's City Hall: "As a proud and patriotic British Muslim I say this you do not commit these disgusting acts in my name. And there are many things about which Donald Trump is wrong", he added.
"I think Sadiq Khan is doing a good job and it's wrong to say anything else", May told reporters Monday at an election campaign event when asked about Trump's attacks on Khan. "MSM is working hard to sell it!" he tweeted the next day.
Khan has been against Trump's visit to the United Kingdom from the very start and he continues to maintain that view.
White House spokesperson Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Trump was not "picking a fight" with Khan and that it was "utterly ridiculous" that his criticism was because Khan is Muslim.
Over the weekend, Prime Minister Theresa May refused to criticise Mr Trump, simply saying that Mr Khan was doing a "good job".
