Fox News co-president Bill Shine is out at Fox News Channel after more than 20 years at the conservative news outlet.
Fox News Channel Co-President Bill Shine, who was promoted a year ago after his boss Roger Ailes was ousted over sexual harassment allegations, has resigned and will leave the company in the next few weeks.
Mr Shine will be partly replaced by Fox's highest-ranking female executive.
Shine had been with Fox News since it started in 1996.

Suzanne Scott, Fox's executive vice president for programming and development, will now be president of programming, while Jay Wallace, EVP of news and editorial, will be president of news. Hannity's decision to stay at Fox came after Kelly and fellow Fox host Greta Van Susteren left as well.
The company has instituted mandatory sensitivity training with new HR chief Kevin Lord taking on additional duties as head of compliance, reporting to Gerson Zweifach, chief corporate counsel of 21st Century Fox. "They will lead Fox News to an even more successful future." said Murdoch.
Shine, a two-decade veteran of Fox News, had been guiding the network's day-to-day operations as the sexual-harassment scandal unfolded.

Many people at Fox News don't expect Shine to be the last of the Ailes acolytes to leave. Shine has denied any knowledge of illegal or inappropriate conduct.

Fox News host Sean Hannity took a moment out of his program Monday night to address rumors that he may be looking to leave the network.
He got an unusually public endorsement on Thursday from Hannity, now Fox's biggest star. Last week, before Shine resigned, Hannity tweeted that Shine's departure would bring a "total end of the FNC as we know it".
