He talked about jobs as though they were abstractions, and he talked about global warming as though it was a civic improvement project, and he talked about health care like a man who'd never been sick.
Republican Gov. Matt Bevin said Kentucky can't afford to keep the Affordable Care Act, which will cost taxpayers an extra $257 million in the state's most recent spending plan. "We have to articulate our values and put those values into action every day".
